My Story
Hi, I'm Olga Geissler

I’ve spent over a decade as a nurse — caring for patients in critical care, leading teams, and showing up in some of life’s hardest moments.

But somewhere along the way, the weight of it all started to catch up with me. The pressure, the responsibility, the emotional exhaustion — they became constant companions.

Then the pandemic hit. Everything intensified. Reusable N95s, fogged face shields, uncertainty everywhere. The job I loved suddenly felt heavy with fear. Still, like so many others, I kept pushing forward — for my patients, my team, and my family — all while running on empty.

That season changed me.

It forced me to pause and take an honest look at my life. I realized I had been pouring from an empty cup for far too long. I could no longer ignore the quiet voice that kept whispering: something has to change.

So I started small — with myself.

I began studying the science of behavior, habits, and the human mind. I discovered my mind wasn’t broken; it just needed guidance from me. I learned tools to manage stress, calm my thoughts, and reconnect with what truly matters to me.

Over time, those small shifts transformed everything. I felt grounded again — confident, calm, and in control of my choices.

That journey led me to become a Board-Certified Nurse Coach.

Now, I help professionals who feel overwhelmed or stuck, find clarity, balance, and renewed purpose. Together, we create sustainable habits and a way of living that aligns with their values, not their to-do list.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based practice — but it’s also deeply personal. I’ve been where you are. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin and unsure how to move forward.

Coaching helped me rediscover joy, meaning, and balance — and it’s my privilege to help others do the same.
